Quick menu help!
I'm having about 40 people for a BBQ/Pool party on Saturday (adults only). I'm a little concerned about the menu I decided on (the dinner part of it). There are no "regular" vegetables. What do you think? Is it ok as is, or should I add something (and if so, what?)
Appetizers:
Tomato & Mozz platter
Taco Pie
Buffola chicken dip
Veggies & dip
Chips & salsa
(plus a couple more that I know people are bringing, but not sure what)
Dinner
Burgers
Chicken
Pulled pork
Mac & cheese
Quinoa salad with sting beans and sliced almonds
Watermelon & feta salad
Broccoli & apple salad (sounds weird but its so good!)
Dessert
Fruit salad
cupcakes
brownies
banana pudding
So, any thoughts on if I need to add anything to the dinner course?

I think it’s OK. If you feel you want to add something, do veggie skewers with some kind of dip.

I would just do a salad or a veggie platter if you feel more veggies are needed!

If you want to add a tossed salad that would be good too bit not necessary

I'm a vegetarian and that menu sounds good to me! But if you are to add any more veggies, just a simple tossed salad of some sort!

As someone who rarely eats meat at a BBQ your menu sounds amazing. I wish I went to BBQs that had salads!

Thanks everyone! Someone offered to make a green salad, so I told them that would be great. Otherwise I would have left it as is.
