Quick help- question on shoes/hoisery for party tonight.
I have a Christmas party tonight and I bought a FABULOUS pair of red satin heels to wear. Closed toe. (sorry I dont' have a pic)
I normally am a big fan of Sally Hansen Air Brush Legs because I hate stockings of any kind but it is just way too cold today.
So I am wearing black tights to work with my skirt. I brought the shoes with me to change into later since they are NOT office or walking around the city shoes.
My question is- do you think the shoes will look ok with black tights? I feel like they are so dressy and that they look much better with a bare leg look.
Thoughts?

They are similar to this- but not such a bright shade of red.
But this is the general idea...

See that is what I was thinking too but I know I have seen tights with pumps like that.
But when I tried it on I just don't think it looks great- but I thought it was in my head.
I can go bare legged- I did do some self tanner on my legs last night so they aren't scary- but it's just so cold.
Unless I just wear the tight and change out of them at the party- how cold can it be inside?

Take the tights off, and have a drink! You won't feel the cold!

I think that is how I am leaning.
I can take them off when I get there- in the bathroom.
I think the shoes will look better without them...but I was curious to see what others thought because sometimes i have my own hang ups about things that are ridiculous!

I dont think that it looks good AT ALL.. i would never do it with tights.. I am also not a fan of bare hose so i would def wear nothing and a long coat.. you will be fine!
