QUICK HELP- GOYA DISCOS
Has anyone used these? Do you fry them or bake them? I was hoping to bake them instead of frying them, but the only directions on the package say fry. Please help.

I just bought them for the first time this week but I haven't made them yet. I do plan to bake them though.

you can totally bake them!
350 for 25-30 min...
bush em with an egg wash for a nice shiny coat

I bake them. Mine only take 15-20 minutes though so just keep an eye on them the first time you do it.
