Quick Help -- Baking right now

I'm baking these Peanut Butter Cheesecake Brownie Babies and they don't look like the picture.

They look more like the blob of peanut butter mixture stayed in the middle and didn't really blend well (like the picture, I guess that's why you have to put the Cool Whip on it), but anyway...

I just put a toothpick in to see if they're done and its still a little gooey, it seems to be only the peanut butter on the toothpick and its only a little. Do you think they're done?

And after they cool, they need to be refrigerated, right?

I personally prefer taking my brownies out of the oven when the middle is still slightly gooey because they will still cook a little longer in the pan. I don't make peanut butter brownies so for that I am sorry I can't help. I think you might need a good kitchenaid stand mixer to really blend it well.
