Quick favor question
For dd's first birthday , I have favors for the adults, but still need to get for the kids. Most of the kids are from families of 2 kids with a preschooler and an infant/toddler sibling. If I give out books, can I get away with giving one per household? Or does it need to be 1/child? Getting expensive...

If the kids are infants then yes-- you can give one to the preschooler and call it a day. Otherwise, if the kids are any older than like 18 months-2 years they may fight over who gets to "hold" the book (I have a 2 .5 year old and a 5 year old and the 2.5 year old would def want her own book!). Try the dollar store.. they often have good books, or if its price prohibitive then skip the favors for the kids and/or adults.

Quick favor question
I have a 3 1/2 year old and a 1 1/2 year old and they would absolutely fight over it.
Get books from the $1 store for everyone.

Quick favor question
Can you do a coloring book or play doh? Dollar treee has really great thick coloring books. Don't drive your self crazy!! Says the person planning a party 5 months from now ??

The holidays completely threw off my timeline! I wanted to stick to my winter onederland theme with this favor too and was trying to avoid having to make a stop in a store and just do Amazon instead. Oh well - I guess dollar store here I come!

You can also try Oriental Trading. They have winter crafts you can give as favors.
