Questions to ask a potential babysitter?
we have someone coming over today to meet Alyson and I was wondering what kind of questions should I ask or what is appropriate to ask versus not appropriate.

ask about her experience? how much she charges? does she charge if she stays later than planned? Does she get paid for holidays?

I would ask for refereces of families who have used him/her?
If they know infant CPR?
Also I would have them come over while you are home and observe how they interact with Aly.
Last minute availability?
