I have a few candidates coming tomorrow for a short term live-in nanny position. I'm not sure what I should be asking them in the interview. They have already been prescreened by the agency. I am a SAHM and will be home recovering from 2 surgeries over the next couple of months, so it's more like they are a mother's helper.
What are some questions I should be asking? The candidates are ok with light housework and I'm not sure what is covered under "light". Any insight would be appreciated
