Questions for those who have/had boys

Did all of your baby boys have a heartbeat under 140 like they say, or did any of you have a boy with a heartbeat over 140? I am only 13 weeks, but the hb was 153 today, I'm hoping it still might be a boy..... Thanks in advance

I think his was in the 130's but I really dont remember

My son's heartbeat was all over. He fell into the girl and boy heartbeat wives tales. I remember a few times it was over 150. So yes - you could be having a boy!

Mine is always between 150 and 140 - has been since we could first hear the heartbeat.

I have to say that EVERY old wives tale has been 100% incorrect for me - the date of conception, the way I'm carrying, the heartrate, the string - you name it, it says girl!!

And it's definitely a boy.

I am PG w/ a boy now. Heartbeat has ranged in the 150s

my DS was 150 + all the time..

obviously that wives tale is just that..
