Questions about PJs
Ok tell me what you do!
This weekend DH and I was shopping and I said DD needs more PJs. He said why, I said she only has 7 pj and if she ever has a repeat performance of the nasty stomach virus, I will not have enough PJs for her.
Dh then went on to say, why can't she where the PJs more than once as long as she doesn't get them dirty with food or diaper accidents.
I just kind of looked at him. I know I wear my PJs 2 days before they go in the wash, but my DD wears them only once.
What about you guys? How many days does your child wear their PJs before you throw them in the hamper?

Most clothes get worn only once...I hate that rotten milk smell that they get if he spits up. He is not a big spitter upper, but when he eats milk gets on his pj's and they smell!
I think that around 9-10 pairs of pjs is the sort of right number...but if you see some cute ones...go on! Buy them!!!

She wears the pjs twice before I wash them. Clothes she wears once; well, jeans sometimes twice.
You reminded me, we definitely need more pjs!

PJs get worn 2-3 times before they go in the hamper unless it gets stained from his bottle or an accident (rarely happens).

In the beginning it was one a day. But now - twice for the most part unless he leaked (he does that a lot these days). I mostly change him to his outfit as soon as he gets up - so no reason why he can't wear them wice.
Like you - when I was doing the one a day thing - I liked to have 7-10 pairs. Right now I have 6 and it seems fine unless he has a leaky week...I typically do his laundry once a week.

Andrew wears his PJ's only once, then I wash them. Sometimes he's fine, but most of the time he'll have his breakfast in them and then they are dirty anyway. IMO, you can never have enough PJ's.
