Questions about bed pillows..may be weird.

How often do you change the pillows in your pillowcases?

I've noticed mine get a weird smell after awhile. I just tossed some and bought new ones. Is this normal? I am not a dirty person, but this always seems to happen.

I'm very weird about pillows or anything I lay my face on -- I hate if my pillow falls on the floor - so maybe I just have a complex

Regardless, how often do you change pillows?

Do you think if they are the feather kind it has something to do with that?

I once saw this test on Oprah if you fold your pillow in half it should spring back, if it can't throw it away. I replace my pillows every three years. However, I think if you have a particularly bad cold that is lingering it also might be time to replace your pillow as well.

I wash our pillows every month in the washing machine. 2 in the washer at a time. I hate buying new pillows they are always too fluffy, I like my pillow to be really flat.

We get new pillows probably every two months ! They get very very flat. It's annoying.
