questiona bout bottles and ounces of formula
i did not now how to word the title lol
my twins are just about 5 months
they still take 4 oz in the bottle except for the last bottle of the night we make it 6 oz and most of the time they finish it but not always
i have tried making bottles during the day bigger but they never finish them,it is like 4 oz is enough
is it ok that it is still in this amount and prob have more bottles a day than other kids their age
or does it not matter how many bottles,just as long as it is enough formula oz wise

I think as long as they are getting a certain amount you are fine. My dd is weird she will sometimes take 8, sometimes 4 or 5.

I never worried about how many ounces per feeding as long as they hit the total per day that they should have.

Dd is almost 3 now, but for the first year she never took more than 6 oz in a bottle. I just followed her cues. I think as long as they get enough during the day you are fine

Mine fluctuate. I put 6-6.5 in (5x per day) but they will only take 3 or 4oz a few times a day. They are eating, gaining, happy so I feed on demand kinda. They only get half a large container of fruit/veg once a day. I think they drink a liottle less when they get solids too.

as long as they are getting enough oz in total, doesn't matter how many bottles they take.
i've been following the basic rule of thumb of 2.5oz per lb of body weight.
