Question for those whose children are eating 3 meals per day...
If your DC is eating 3 meals per day, how many bottles is he or she drinking? How many ounces per day? Thanks!

Tiny tot will be 8months on Sunday
she has BLD
she still gets 3 6.50z of bm a day while at DC. i nurse her first thing in the morning and before bed time.
weekends she gets no bottle. only nursing.

I never went by bottles. I would shoot for 20oz of formula.

Ry drinks 3 7oz bottles a day. Sometimes he will only have 5-6oz in the afternoon though depending on how hungry he is.

Question for those whose children are eating 3 meals per day...
She takes about 12oz of BM in a bottle during the day and 2 nursings (morning and night) along with her 3 meals a day.

10 months old and I offer her 24 ounces each day. She will usually eat about 20 of that.

Question for those whose children are eating 3 meals per day...
My dd eats anywhere from 16-20oz of formula per day depending on how much solid food she ate throughout the day. Ped said that was the number we should shoot for.

Thanks ladies. DD (9 months) has a history of very low formula intake. For awhile, on 3 bottles (as suggested by a feeding therapist), we were only getting 8-12 oz in her. I changed her schedule to add a fourth bottle back in, and we were getting 12-15 oz. She would generally drink 3-5 oz. per bottle. Now, since Friday, she has started taking some 7 oz bottles, which I'm ecstatic about. We actually got to 24 oz yesterday. She has been eating 3 meals since 6 months, but does not always eat a lot. I'm not getting rid of a bottle yet, but if she starts to consistently drink 7 oz per bottle, I will cut one out.

DD is 10 months and she get 4 6-7 oz bottles= 24-28 oz a day

Ds is 11months he gets 3, 8oz bottles per day, he only truly finishes the bedtime bottle, maybe the one before his 12pm nap dr said only 18-24oz of milk a day
