Question for the girls that are really showing.
Im in my 37th week and all of a sudden my belly button hurts like crazy. When it pulls it hurts and when i touch it or around it it hurts. Im assuming that its really stretched and thats why it feels like that. Does anyone have the same problem? It hasnt popped yet, but just really stretched.
Another thing. Around that area my belly seems to be numb because when i scratch it i can hardly feel it. Does anyone have that problem also???
It feels so weird.

It's probably just all the stretching. When I had my daughter, my belly got all numb also from the skin being pulled.

It feels so weird.
mine isn't numb but it does hurt pretty bad from time to time, very sore. My isn't popped out either.
I just thought it was from it stretching out and skin around the area being sensitive because of the stretching.

Mine was like that with DD in my third trimester. Around my belly button was the only place i got stretchmarks since the skin was stretched so tight.
My belly button is still like yours, hurts and is sensitive to the touch.
Mine popped though.
With this pg, my belly already popped at like 8-9 weeks.
While i was at my GP, i asked him to look at my belly since the button was still sore, he told me I have a common pg thing--a herniated belly button.
It's common and he told me after i am done with kids a simple surgery will put it back and no more pain!

ummmmmmmm. mine is numb around it and hurts like heck--it popped after sneezing.
I have a hernia..it is semi popped/
I would mention it and have it checked--maybe it is that or maybe because u are 37 weeks, just make sure.,
