Question for Team Green Mommies
If you don't know the sex and aren't finding out, how do you refer to the baby?
It feels weird not to be able to say he or she when I talk about  .

We refered to the baby as either "the baby" or the "little nugget". We picked out names (Erin for a girl- John, Jr for a boy) and refered to the baby by the initials EJ.
Although when DS was born DH changed his mind and named him Luke  Not sure where he got the name or why he changed his mind.
This time we know it's anothe rboy and if I had to do it all over again I would have been team again.

We just said "the baby" or the nickname of BB for "Baby B." (for our last name)

We either say "the baby" or he or she. It is a little awkward, but a small price to pay for the awesome surprise!

We refer to it as Baby C since our last name starts with a C and I think we are leaning toward C names.
On a side note Im realizing there is a lot of disappointment from people because we are Team Green and they want to know so bad. My DH and I are strong and we will not find out but many people have their opinions and want to know what we are having. Too bad you will find out after I give birth!

We noticed that too!! Some people even got really UPSET when they asked when we were finding out the sex and we said we weren't. They act like we are personally insulting them by keeping it a surprise. It's hysterical!
The only people who get really excited when we say we're not finding out are other moms who did it the same way. And ALL of them tell us how happy they were to be surprised at the end. None of them regret it. So that always reaffirms our decision.

Im team but am so convinced its a girl I refer to it as she or Claudia (our top runner girls name, although I throw around other names to try them on for size too). I will sometimes refer to the baby as Christian (our top boy name) just in case- I dont want it to be scarred for life or confused if is in fact a boy lol.
* my dad is cute, he started it by Asking 'How's Claudia doing?" one day and "How's Christian doing' the next.
I definitly call it, "it" often to especially to random people. i.e. "nio we dont know what IT is yet" lol.

before we were prego we referred to the future child as Shimasham. "Can't wait to tach Shimasham to swim." When we found out we were having twins. BabyA became Shim and Baby B became Sham.
