Question about Thomas the Train
So I was just about to order tickets and it says that those 2 and under do not have to pay, but do not get their own seats. My DS is a little over 2.5 years old so we are buying him a ticket and my DD is a little over 1.5 years old. Should I buy her a ticket? I am afraid she will refuse to sit on our laps and then she will not have a seat. Those with DC this age who have gone to Thomas, What did you do?

We went this past week and it was not crowded at all! And I honestly dont know how they keep track of how many people to let in the train cars when it is crowded...there not regular seats, their more like benches.
I would not pay for your 1 1/2 yr. old.

I wouldn't pay. There was plenty of room last week, although we went mid-week so maybe on weekends it's busier.
Either way, the Thomas ride is so short. Less than 20 mins since they are 30 mins apart and they need time for people to get off and then new people to get on. If you have an option to add another train ride you should do that IMO.

Oh, okay. Thanks a lot. I was wondering how strict they are with seating. So then I guess if my 1 1/2 year old wants to get off our lap it will be fine even if she does not have a ticket.
