Question about supplements
I was wondering if it is safe to take lutein supplements while PG. I haven't seen anything that says either way. I took it before for my eyes, and since I haven't taken it for awhile I can see the difference. I don't want to call and bug my doctor when I can bug you guys

I'm not sure about this, but you may be able to find some information on safefetus.com. I'm pretty sure they tell you which medications are safe as well as vitamins and supplements.
