question about starting cereal...
We started with rice cereal this past Thursday.
Ped said try for 3-5 days then move on to the next.
So on Thursday DD at half of it. Friday a little less, Saturday less than that, Sunday less than Saturday and today only a few spoonfulls!
Can I move to Oatmeal?
She didn't have any sort of reaction. Is it that she doesn't like it?

I would think that if she was going to have any reaction, she would have it no matter how little she ate of the rice cereal.
How old is DD? It could be that she just isn't interested in the cereal yet.
I don't see any reason why you couldn't move onto oatmeal at this point, but you can always call your ped to be safe!

She probably just doesn't like it. Yes, I would move to oatmeal. She probably will like the oatmeal better anyway. Once you start fruit, you can trying mixing the rice ceral with fruit. My DD preferred to eat the ceral this way. HTH.

DD will be 5 months on Wednesday. Ped wanted us to start at 4 months. we tried but she wasnt ready. so I started again now
