question about pain/cramping
The past 2 days I have been having minor crampy /bloating/gassy like pain in my lower stomach/groin area.. I dont think its period like but how do I know the difference? I have not been bleeding or spotting but its kinda freaking me out.. Do you get constipation like pains? I just fell yuck down there

Are you drinking enough? Cramping can be associated with dehydration. Hope it goes away for you soon!

I had random cramping thoughout my pregnancy....there is so much going on down there that it is normal to get some cramping and pain....lots of growing and stretching. But when in doubt ask your Dr.
