Question about ob appts??
I saw a reproductive specialist for my first 11 weeks. Then I had my first ob appt. It was a full exam. Tomorrow I have another appt for a 16 week sonogram. It is within the same practice but another office and different doctor. Will this be another exam or do we only get sonograms from here?

Re: Question about ob appts??
I would not think you would have another exam. I don't know how the practice works but mine does not do sonos at each appointment. Mainly, mine are like check-ins where they take my bp, weight, pee in a cup and use the Doppler.

Re: Question about ob appts??
Every appointment i have i have to pee in a cup, get weighed , blood pressure and cervix check regardless if i have an ultrasound or not. I was actually suprised they didn;t check my cervix at the last appointment at 30 weeks when i had my ultrasound but they were super busy that day. Usually it's always a cervix check.

Re: Question about ob appts??
Oh wow. I thought they would do one at 16 weeks!! I haven't had one in a month and was really hoping to see our little one and possibly find out what it is.
