question about naps if youre trying to get baby on a schedule
I'm having major sleep issues with my baby so i'm trying to get her on somewhat of a schedule. The EASY schedule calls for an hour and a half naps during the day. I just put her down and she woke up after 30 minutes. Do I let her get up out of the bassinet or try to get her back to sleep?
On a similar note, if she ever sleeps past the hour and a half, do I wake her up?
Oh... and what if I cant get her to nap when she's supposed to at all?
Ughhh... I'd love some help

I always followed the pattern but followed DD's cues. She was consistent in that she would get tired at the two hour mark. She usually slept about an hour and later in the day her naps were a bit shorter. I don't think it's realistic to expect every baby to nap the same length. If she wakes after 30 minutes, I'd give it a few minutes to see if she'll settle back down and if not, I would get her. If she sleeps longer, let her sleep and enjoy!
