Question about MP
Mashed Potatoes...
I am having a dinner party and want to make garlic-rosemary mashed potatoes. I want to make it in advance, probably just the morning, hours before dinner. However, I like my mashed potatoes to be warm. If you make them in advance, do they still taste good? How do I warm it up?? Tips for making them seem warm and fresh are appreciated.

Re: Question about MP
Warming them up is easy. Put on a low flame and add a little milk to get the consistence to your liking. No taste difference at all.

Re: Question about MP
I made the pioneerwoman mp on Thanksgiving the night before. Put them in an oven safe corningware. Dotted the top with some butter slices, baked, mixed and served. They were great.
