Question about marinating steak
So I wrapped a skirt steak in marinade on friday afternoon with the intention of grilling its friday evening. We ended up going out to dinner and had plans yesterday. My question is , is the steak in my refrigerator okay to cook tonight. The original recipe said to marinate up to over night.

Quick question? what did you use to marinate it?
It was a beer marinated skirt steak. Had beer, soy sauce, onion and orange slices and garlic. It actually came out really good.
