 | question about how they do things on msli What makes a house have rating of excellent or good or average when it says condition? i have seen some ones that say excellent condition but yet i would think the whole house needs to be redone. is this based on the structural part of the house being excellent like roof, windows etc? Otr are they referring to the inside as being in excelllent condition as well? Message edited 8/24/2006 3:34:45 PM. |

 | Re: question about how they do things on msli The RE Agent and/or Seller determine the condition...so take it with a grain of salt. I gave up on even looking at that. Some people had every right to list it as excellent but most people were so far off that it became annoying. I get that they love their home but it was far from diamond. |

 | Re: question about how they do things on msli My impression from talking with a couple of realtors is that
 Needs TLC: Knockdown start over

Very Good: ALmost a complete overhall

Excellent: Structurally sound, but every room needs to be updated

Mint: You can move in, it's clean, and somewhat updated, but with cheaper materials

Diamond: Move in, and as long as your taste mostly matches the previous owner, you will not have to do much
