Question about holiday gift giving for teachers

My dd is in a 2 day a week/2 hr a day pre school (2yrs old). She has a head teacher, a teachers assistant and a "grandma" that volunteers.

Do I get them all the same gift or atleast the same value of a gift or does the head teacher usually get something a bit more expensive.

Some may disagree with me, but I always give the teacher and the assistant the same. I truly feel they both deserve it even though they have different roles.

I always give the same value to my kids' teachers. I don't always give the same gifts, but I spend the same on them.

Thanks guys. Thats kind of what I was thinking and wanted to do. Just wanted to make sure the head teacher wouldnt feel slighted. Plus my dd is super close with the assistant, even more so than the head teacher

I used to give them the same value gift card, but would throw a few packs of stickers into the main teacher's gift since she was constantly giving them out as rewards.
