Question about flutters @ 5 months.
I am 5 months pregnant today (18 weeks exactly) and I feel flutters. My doctor said at my appt this week that my uterus was up to my belly button…does that mean that the baby is only in that portion of my stomach? The reason I ask is b/c sometimes this week I feel flutters above my belly button…??

18 weeks is the start of the 5th month. It's more accurate to say that she's in her 5th month, not 5 complete months pregnant (18-21 is 5 months). I have a chart with all that on it.

I am a couple weeks ahead of you and I remember something saying that at about 15 weeks your uterus is the size of a cantelope....so my best guess is that it's kinda big by this point, right?
My doc did say that once it gets up by the belly button you can start to have trouble catching your breath....not quite sure why.
