Question about excersie.
What can I and can't I do? I'm guessing no sit-ups, but what else. Can I do Yoga and Pilates? I'm only about 4 Weeks or so.

Re: Question about excersie.
You are only supposed to do the exercises that you have been doing. If you have been doing yoga for a while then I would still do it but take it down a notch.
For example: If you jogged 2 miles every day b4 you got pg then you can jog 2 miles after you're pg. But if you never ran b4 you got pg then you don't run.
I would just relax until the placenta was ready.

Re: Question about excersie.
I'm pretty active, and have been going to the gym for years. I think I will take it easy, and walk on the treadmill and do yoga.

Re: Question about excersie.
I'm still running 3 to 4 miles at a time and doing my regular weights routine. I just listen to my body and when I am feeling tired or worn out, I stop or slow it down. You should be fine as long as you were active before hand. My doc basically said just to "listen to your body...it will tell you when it's had enough". Have fun!
