question about day 3 bloodwork
This may be a silly question but does CD3 bloodwork have to be done on CD3 in prep for IVF? Or is there a range like cd 3-5?
CD3 is Christmas (If AF is on time) and of course its the one day in the entire year that the lab is closed lol

I have not done IVF but I have done CD 3 testing on CD 2 and CD 4...if that helps...I would also call your doc and see what they say

Yes they still do it but you can do it day 2-5

My RE always said CD 2-5, preferably 3. But, my RE doesn't do CD3 bloodwork on weekends so several times I went on CD2 or CD4/5.

cd2-5 is common. for IVF, esp if youve already been suppressing and are off suppressants (like BCP), earlier is better to make sure that you don't have any of your own hormone/follie production.
