Question about BRU Trade-In Events
Does anyone know how the BRU trade-in event works? I know you get 25% off a participating product if you trade in an old item...and it lists things like car seats, strollers, etc.
Do you know if they'll take an old car seat base (without the actual car seat)?
We went to a garage sale and stupidly bought a used graco snugride extra car seat base... thinking this is great, so that we can have an extra one for an extra car or the grandparents or something... we didn't read about safety until after... and the date is over 6 years ago... In fact, I think it was dated almost 10 years ago (which seems absurd considering the woman told us they were used for her twins, who were right there and under the age of 4).
But anyway, now we spent money on this car base we can't use and I was just wondering if I should save it for the BRU trade in event

i would call BRU and ask, but I don't see why not. they seem to take almost anything! they took my 30 year old walker!

What size snugride do you need a base for. I have 3 and they are only 5 months old. I bought the small snugride and DS is already too long for it so we are putting him in the big biy car seat this weekend.

We are getting a snugride 30. I don't know if there are different sizes beyond that... I think we registered for the brayden model.

My base will be too small. My seat only goes up to 20lbs and 29 in and DS hit the height alteady

Just an FYI... but they only have it once a year and the 2012 trade-in was in February.

Not true. They have had it twice since I got pregnant last May. So I think they do it 2x a year

Not true. They have had it twice since I got pregnant last May. So I think they do it 2x a year
Really?? That's exciting! When I was on the website it was an annual thing.
