Question about birthstone pendant necklaces...want to buy one for my MIL
I want to buy my MIL a nice birthstone necklace to celebrate DD's birth. It is my MIL's first holiday as a Grandmother. I'm confused though...she has 3 kids....do I do her and her three kids birthstones and then my DD's or do I do her birthstone, my birthstone and DD's birthstone? What do most people do?

I agree. Is Madison the only grandkid? If she has others, maybe you can also include their birthstones and ask their parents to share in the cost.

Im not sure...I did one for my Mom and had hers, mine and my DD but that's my Mom, I don't know if I'd include myself in one for my MIL. Maybe your DH's birthstone Since that's the lineage of the grandparent/parent/granchild connection. Is that weird? Otherwise I'd just do Madison's stone.
