Question About Birthday Gift.
In a couple of weeks, DH and I are going to his Aunt's 60th b-day party. It's being held at one of the Lombardi's. I forgot which one... Anyways, what would you give as a gift? I mean, it's not a wedding. But held at a wedding place. I was thinking 150. DH said 100. Help please!!!!

I think $100 is more than enough. If you feel like its not, maybe give a hundred and a nice picture frame that she can put a party pic in or a personalized album for party pics from things remembered.

I know some etiquette says you don't give money to someone older than yourself. For a 60th birthday you could buy an issue of Time from the day she was born and frame it. You could also buy something for her home like a pretty vase, or even a piece of jewelry. These are the types of gifts I have given for a 50 or 60th birthday gift.

spa gift card for $100... or for the amount of a massage/facial whatever suits your budget.
$100 gift card to a nice restaurant.

i think giving cash for a bday is kinda weird. i would do a gift card (amex) or gift cert (restaurant, spa, salon, etc) or an actual gift. the tiffanys idea is good. also i like getting things personalized from things remembered (jewelry box, blanket, silver frame, album, etc)
