Question about bathing a three month old when on vacation...

Should I bring his baby bath that I place in the sink? Or can he bathed in the bathtub only?

Depends on how big the sink is.

I know anywhere I have gone (hotel wise) sinks were not big enough.

I would put it in the tub.
But quite honestly, I think I would just get in there and hold the baby and have my DH help out with the cleaning

I would just have a bath together, bring along a non stick bathmat. I always have to buy one when we are on holiday.

If you can not fit your tub in luggage, take an inflatable one it is worth the ten bucks.

I'd propbaby just bathe with the baby. It's what I do now for most of his baths anyway!!! If the baby cannot hold his head up then I would not put him in the big tub.

Hotel tubs skeeve me out. I always bathed her in the sink. I guess we were lucky to have big sinks!! She was a year old when we went to mystic and still fit in the sink!! Chat Icon

Same here. Showered with me. DH was petrified of holding a slippery baby.

If you're not comfortable, I would get a bathmat. Bringing the tub is a pain.

If you're planning a beach vacation, you could also get a mini blow up baby pool & put that in the tub, then you can use it on the beach too.

Something along the lines of these
