Question about 30-day Shred...
Do you need any equipment (like an exercise ball or free weights) to do the workout?
Also, is it a good workout for someone who is thin but looking to tone up? I don't need to lose weight but want to strengthen.
Thanks!

Re: Question about 30-day Shred...
you need weights and enough space to lie down on the floor for crunches and push ups... i think thats it. been a while since i started mine!
as far as the weight loss- i never noticed anything spectacular on myself- im 5'5 and weigh 120. i was looking to get rid of my saddlebags (which are still alive and well) and to be able to breathe regularly after walking up a few flights of stairs. it was great for that...
good luck

Re: Question about 30-day Shred...
It is tough for sure. Especially if you never work out and are out of shape like me. I wish I could answer your question better but I never stuck with it long enough to see real huge results- but in the short time I did do it, I noticed differences in my stamina (I could get through the work out without feeling like I was going to die) and also I did tone up some. I'm starting again today- I think the concept is great- but I am just not big with sticking with ANYTHING.
