question
I has my I.U.I yesterday...do I count today as 1DPO?
I am new to all of this so i dont have a clue!
Also I feel like a fat bloated mess... my stomach feels grossssssssss..
do you think its from the trigger **** I took Sat or the I.U.I yesterday??

When you had the IUI yesterday did they do a sono to determine if you had in fact already ovulated?
When I had my first IUI, I did the trigger shot on a Tuesday night and had my IUI on Thursday morning. The sono showed I had just ovulated (which I sorta figured bc I can feel it when it happens and I was temping so I had a temp spike). I counted the next day - Friday - as 1 dpo.

Mon--Dr told me I already ovulated.... is it better to have or not?
