We have not told my DH's family. They know about my miscarriages but not about IVF. Way too much judgement/drama to tell them.

neither family knows of our TTC or IF issues. We did tell my BIL and his wife bc I wanted someone in the family to know id be in the hospital and such.

It's not discussed.
Some people may know bits and pieces, such as that I have PCOS and no longer take the pill. That's all.
It's not tough for people to see that we're in our late 30s and have been married for several years and have no children. Just about everyone has stopped asking.

My family and friends know. I don't think DH's family knows very much. They know I had a miscarriage, but I don't think they know about the IF issues - I leave it up to DH what he wants to tell them.
