Question
I have seen a house for sale on MLSLI. com and it said that the house was built in 2003 and I know for a fact that is not true. the house was built in the 60's and they bought the house in 2003. They did put in a new kitchen and redone the inside but did not rebuild. Could anything be done about this. I just think it is really dishonest.

Re: Question
It really could be just an honest typo.
My house is built in the 60's too and even though we've done a lot to upgrade, it could never pass as a new construction.

I agree. It would take about 5 seconds to tell that it wasnt built in 2003. And Lord know, even if a buyer was clueless by looking at it, its hardly something that could be mispresented like that once you look at the Deed.
