Quest lab.. SA question
Insurance is requiring proof of another SA before my next IVF cycle, even though our issues are 100% MINE and not at all male factor.
Sooooo anyone know what the rules are at the Syosset Quest? How long do you abstain beforehand?
I know we did this once before, but I forget......

Here are the details...
-Must wait 3 days
-Must use sterilize container and keep it at body temp
-Need to make an appointment (which you can do on their website)

Thank you!!  It's so weird asking such a basic question after going through this for a year and a half!! 
We actually have the appt thing covered already.. My poor dh said there were problems on the website and he tried calling but couldn't get through so he had to get a Quest app on his iphone which then let him finally make the appt!!!

I'm checking on this for you but don't think we do semen analysis's at Quest anymore. I work for Quest and got a memo recently regarding this....I'm waiting to hear back but would hate for you to go and get told we no longer perform....reason Quest was discontinuing was due to recent guidelines changing....I will know tomm am for sure...

My dh just did it through quest last week. He had to Pick up a cup and bring it in within 30 minutes.

I'm 100% sure Syosset does this (it's on Underhill Blvd). I was there last week.

Yes,syosset is only location.....I checked.....we aren't accepting send ins anymore...but yeah for syosset still doing..
