Queens Zoo v. Queens County Farm Museum
Has anyone had a birthday party at either? My DD wants a "farm party" where they can pet the animals (she is turning 3). I am looking into both and would love to hear opinions if anyone has any experience.

I am decorating for a wedding at the Museum in May and thought it would be nice for a christening or birthday.
I looked into it and it's pretty $$$ to rent the main room so I scratched that idea pretty quickly!

I was a zookeeper for years at queens and I dont think I ever saw a party there. Not really room for anyone to sit together unless you go by the food court near the seals- across the park. Then its the whole zoo party which may be more then you want.
Although... I know theres an "education room" in the middle of the farm you may be able to book...

Yes, they do the party in the education room....it is kind of pricey:

The Queens Zoo does a Domestic Animal Discovery party which is cheaper, but not all-inclusive:
