Queasy or hungry
that is the question! Anyone experience this in the 1st tri....Every now and again my tummy feels queasy or like that "I'm so hungry I need to eat or I'm going to puke" feeling. I feel that I keep questioning am I queasy or hungry!? Once I eat I feel so much better but then it happens again in like a half hr. I have been constantly eating today...ugh

Yup, I used to call it hungry-nauseous. Unfortunately, m/s (nausea) is worse on an empty stomach, so that's why the feelings are related. Try not to let yourself get hungry by eating small meals throughout the day. When I was feeling nauseous, the last thing I wanted to do was eat, but I had to force it many times. Go with carbs!

This is me everyday lately! I get quesy right before I should be eating a meal, then I eat and am fine.
Side note - went grocery shopping today and thought about abandoning cart and leaving cause I felt so quesy and didn't want to look at food.
