Q about stability balls

First of all, what size do you have?

Secondly, do you keep it constantly blown up? I am interested in getting one but I don't want this giant ball in my bedroom!

Re: Q about stability balls

I don't have the hugest one (although, come to think of it, I don't know if I have it anymore, period!) and I used to keep it blown up because, unless you have more than the hand pump it comes with, it's a PITA!

ETA the one I had was ok, but whenever I was somewhere with the larger one, I felt there was more I could do with it...my 2 cents...

Re: Q about stability balls

I don't know what size I have, so I'm no help with that part.

Yes, I keep it blown up. There's no way I could inflate it and uninflate it every time I want to use it, it would just be too inconvenient. It's not TOO in the way though - I've stashed it in a closet, in the guest room, under a desk, in the corner behind the couch... there's always somewhere to get it out of the way Chat Icon
