Purpose of clear mascara?
 I bought a tube the other day and then asked myself, "Why?"  I don't have unruly brows. I just didn't have a tube in my drawer anymore and felt I needed one to keep my other tubes company. Please justify this purchase!

Not the answer you're looking for, but:
I don't have unruly brows, but use it on them every day regardless.
Sometimes I'll use clear mascara if I'm going in a pool or to the beach. It helps when I curl my lashes and that way I know for sure I don't have to worry about my makeup running.

I use Cover Girl. I either get it at Target, Stop & Shop or Bed Bath/Harmon when I'm in there. I tend to buy a few tubes at a time because I noticed it's not always stocked on shelves when I'm looking for it.

I use it b/c i DO have unruly brows...
But sometimes I'll use it on my lashes when I want to look a little nicer but its not a make-up occasion...

I use it on my eyebrows or sometimes I'll put on my lashes before I use the eyelash curler & apply my black mascara. Makes my lashes curl a little more without being clumpy from too much mascara

I have unruly eyebrows but I have NEVER used a clear mascara on them, I can't stand the sticky weird feeling, I just use an old mascara brush , I wet it with water and eyebrows stay in place 
I do have a friend who doesn't wear mach makeup and uses clear mascara on her eyelashes, she doesn't like to use colored mascara . Sometimes my sister uses clear mascara on her eyelashes too .
