Purchasing Baby Furniture
Can anyone please tell me when they purchased their baby furniture? I am almost 25 weeks and DH and I want to go order it in a few days, but we don't know if it is too soon.

I ordered at 20 weeks from buy buy baby and the set I chose is going to take 18-20 weeks to come!! I don't know how other stores delivery time is.

I only had to order a crib but we ordered from behrs about three weeks ago ( I'm 22weeks now) and they told us it could be14 weeks till it comes in....so I'm glad we ordered early and they'll hold it until we're ready for it

We ordered our crib/dresser when I was 26 weeks and the furniture was delivered that week!

I think I was 21 weeks. I heard that depending on the brand you decide on it can take a while if something is not in stock or back ordered so I wanted to order sooner rather than later.

Purchasing Baby Furniture
We purchased ours from Behr's on 5/11, they called this week to say the crib and one of the dressers was in and that the other dresser would be here at the end of June

It depends on the company. I ordered furniture from Mother Hubbard's Cupboard at BBB, and it took 10 weeks to come in. We didn't want it that early, and they held it until we scheduled delivery. I'd rather have it early than late.
ETA: We ordered the furniture at 23 weeks. We were told 10-14 weeks.

I just ordered mine this week (I just turned 24 weeks). I got mine from Bellini, and it takes 2-3 months for delivery. So I think now is a good time to start looking :)

We ordered ours from behr's about a month ago, so i was about 18wks maybe. They said to expect it by the end of august.
