puppy odor?
Sorry for all the questions but this is my first puppy and i don't know what's normal and what's not. Ollie has a really bad odor. We just bathed her yesterday and she already reeks. Is this normal?

Is it her breath? Puppies have very stinky breath... kinda like stale coffee

not so much her breath more her, her head is the worst but the rest of her is pretty bad too

How are the ears? Is your doggie stinks like an old shoe, could be the sign of an ear infection. Do you have a floppy eared doggie?

LOL, I don't know if it's like an old shoe but it could be an ear infection, she does have fuzzy floppy ears. I'm taking her to the vet this week so I'll mention that, thank you!

Definitely have her ears checked. That could definitely be a cause of stinky puppy.

It is probably her ears!! You can tell if she is scratching and shaking her head alot.... I must be sick but I love puppy breath!! And puppy paws!! I would always smell my puppies paws when she was little.. it doesn't offend me at all.

Ohhhhh - puppy breath
Lilly had the sweetest breath when she was a little puppy. Now she's almost a year and the breath is not so sweet anymore!  
She does emit a soft puppy smell when she sleeps - I want to bottle it and smell it all day

My puppy smells so good, and her breath isn't bad at all. There must be something going on, because I can't see a puppy smelling bad. I would make an appointment at the vet. Like others posted, it could be an ear infection.
