Pumpkin spice cake (muffins)
I made this last night - I got the idea from Hollie! Thanks girl!
I just put it in a loaf pan instead of making it cupcakes, and I calculated the points to be 3 pts per serving but SO worth it - really good tasting!
Pumpkin spice cake
Servings | 16
Estimated POINTS® value per serving | 3
Ingredients
1 box spice cake mix (i used supermoist)
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin (Libby's 100%) 1/4 to 1/2 c water (I used 1/4)
1/4 c raisins
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
Mix all together and pour into loaf or muffin pan (I sprayed a non-stick with pam). Bake 350 degrees for about 45-50 min (depending on how big your muffins are).
I took them out once they it was solid on top and was totally set and didn't jiggle in the middle lol
