Pumpkin Sausage Soup
I love this, and want to make it for Thanksgiving, but is there a way to make it more bisque-like. I think it would be really nice like that.
ETA: right now, I just do sausage, mushrooms, onions, chicken broth, italian seasoning, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and a bit of cream right at the end.

You'd probably have to add some heavy cream to get a more bisque-like creamy texture.
