pumping at wedding?

i have a wedding to go to tomorrow. i figure i will pump at 4:30 to be at the wedding by 5:30. then im thinking itll be over around 11? (ceremony is first - at the venue). so figure im home around 11:30.

do you think ill need to pump there?

i have gone through the night once in while that long but wake up hurting.. and i always feel like i fill up faster during the day.

Re: pumping at wedding?

Totally depends on your supply. When DD1 was 9 weeks old I went to a wedding and pumped only before I left and not again until I went home. I was in so much pain when I got home. But I also had an oversupply because I had been pumping so much. If anything I'd say bring the pump and leave it in the car just in case.

I'd pump. I know I wouldn't be able to enjoy myself going for that long even if it's a manual hand pump.

Depends on your supply. How old is your LO? By 6-7 months, I would have been okay. I would just pump when I got home to be safe.

Bring it and leave it in the car. That way even if you don't use it during the wedding you can pump on the ride home if ur in pain. You can sit in the backseat and cover with a blanket.
