pulse reading....
I finished working out this morning at 6:34am. I have a splitting headache ackk, probably need more water, also, I just took my blood pressure and it read. 120 over 82 and pulse/min was 86.
Its almost 4hours already 
Im concerned about the pulse. is that too high? also is this what is called the resting heart rate?

Dont know much about BP but resting heart rate is ones heart rate while "resting" best taken in the am before you get up and start moving.
I think 60-80 bpm is normal.

Try taking your pulse in the middle of the day (before coffee) and that's your resting heart rate. Or you can use one of those blood pressure machines at Wal-mart.
