ow! I flinched just reading about this. Mine don't but they do have their quirks - hair twirler & neck rubbing.
If it's a repetivie thing, I would talk to the ped about it. Even if you can redirect it to something else somehow.

So funny.............I just had this convo with someone and they told me that their kid does it too. I don't know why and it's not often but yes....I guess that it's normal.
