Puffs and cheerios

Is it bad to give these every day? Not as a meal but more a starter while I am still prepping her food or waiting for it to cool. Sometimes if she is still hungry after her meal I give her some too. Or can be a snack but is usually 2x a day.

Just curious what other moms do???

That is what we gave DD. I also began to give her fruit cups since they are small and mushy foods too.

DS gets puffs after every meal. He likes being able to feed himself. I give him about 5. I also give them to him if we're out - it keeps him quiet!

I figure it can't kill them. I put a few Plum or Happy Baby puffs on their trays while I prep their meals.
