Around 8-9 months, and at first I broke them in half until ds got the hang of them.

5-6 months but DD started solids at 4m so she was use to chewing and swallowing.

6-7 months...cut in thirds and halfs at first until she got the hang of it...like a week later she was taking them whole like a champ!

same here!! Started when she was 7 months...within a week gobbling them up whole and demanding more!!

Puffs
8-9 months for both my boys. The guidelines on all brands of puffs say to give them when baby can crawl with belly off the floor, so we waited for that.
