pubic regin discomfort
Anyone experience discomfort in the pubic regin? I am 27 weeks tomorrow and I noticed some discomfort, soreness on one side of my pubic bone area. I wonder if baby is on something? Anyone else ever?

Re: pubic regin discomfort
I just posted about groin pain the other day ... ahhh its so uncomfy! My doctors say it's normal. I actually noticed my left side is the worst and I found out yesterday my baby is literally SITTING on my left side. I wonder if the pressure of him sitting there has something to do with it. Anyway long story short, it's normal.
eta: I'm almost 31wks but I first got this at 29, so around the same as you.

Thanks so much! Must have missed that post!! Yes, mine is on the right and my right leg felt like it was sleeping yesterday and didn't know if it was from lack of sleep or part of the discomfort I was feeling in the groin. Going to elevate my feet a lot today at my desk. Hope your feel better.

You can read about it here...
Mine came out of nowhere almost a month ago around 30 weeks. It's worse at night. Hurts a lot when I get up after sitting a while or laying down. Putting and ice or heat pack in the area feels better. If it gets bad ill take a Tylenol.

Me too except is sitting on my right. I keep trying to get her to move but she refuses.

seriously? I thought it was just my kid who was this talented! His butt is on the bottom left and head is on the top left and his hands and feet are out, so he's literally sitting.
I hope he can still move, I mean, I know there's still time for him to.

Re: pubic regin discomfort
It's horrible isn't it?
You can ask your OB for a referal to a PT if it gets really bad.
I had it bad with my first 2. It's just starting now (28wks) with this one.
